“The service at Five Star is excellent, in my opinion. For the past three weeks, I’ve had a heating problem. After two calls to a different service provider, they arrived and corrected it. However, the solution was really provisional. Despite the fact that I was experiencing the problem on a daily basis, it was more or less understood. I then made the decision to call Five Star. To entirely remove the snow that had accumulated inside the pipe and was blocking it by over 6 inches, they cut the outside 90-degree vent.
