In October 2022, a different business installed an outside faucet for me, and within 4 months, there was a continual stream of water even with the faucet turned off. Despite having 300 calls following the deep freeze, Roy took the time to send someone to look at it the same day I called, despite the fact that he was quite busy.
The faucet was swapped out. On July 31, 2023, a second visit took place since the faucet would not turn off once more. Roy himself ventured outside to investigate what was going on.
