In October 2022, a different business installed an outside faucet for me, and within 4 months, there was a continual stream of water even with the faucet turned off. By the time I became aware of it, the water had already been running for a few days. Despite having 300 calls following the deep freeze, Roy took the time to send someone to look at it the same day I called, despite the fact that he was quite busy.

The faucet was swapped out. On July 31, 2023, a second visit took place since the faucet would not turn off once more. Roy himself ventured outside to investigate what was going on.
